I am David R. Mullaney, Esq., a licensed attorney and construction expert with over 25 years of experience in the low to mid-rise construction industry. I founded and served as CEO of Mullaney Corporation, where numerous projects were concurrently managed, including academic buildings, athletic centers, and residential housing developments, serving private colleges, preparatory schools, the medical sector, and multi-unit housing. As an attorney, I leverage my construction expertise in contract drafting in legal cases involving delays, cost overruns, design defects, and contract breaches. I hold a BBA from the Isenberg School at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a JD from the Massachusetts School of Law, and I studied construction and civil engineering at Wentworth Institute. Additionally, I am a trained mediator. My accolades include the President’s Medal from the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Sam Walton Business Leader of the Year Award. I offer my knowledge in construction law, construction contracts, and helping to resolve disputes related to breach of contract, construction defects, negligence, and schedule delays.
